Many women today are putting career and themselves first before deciding to have a baby. Newly married couples today are deciding on parenthood for their next step. It’s a big commitment and long journey ahead. Here are a few tips to help you get started.

1. Get Your Fiances In Place
Before any baby making is done, it is a good idea to get all your finances sorted out. Having a baby is expensive. In the beginning you are making purchases like a crib, car seat, bottles, diapers, clothes, formula, food, strollers and toys. As the child ages, other expenses are added such as braces, glasses, books, tuition and college. Know ahead of time of the costs and be prepared for unforeseen costs as well. (more…)
